Cooking Time6 minutes
Total Time15-20 minutes
Servings1 serving (one powerful mug of tea)

Ingredients Required

  1. 1.7 Grams of The Magic Mushrooms Of Your Choice (See strains here)
  2. 2-3 decaffeinated and/or herbal tea bags of your choice (avoid caffeine as it may impact the effects)
  3. 3 Tablespoons of wildflower Honey
  4. 1.5 cups of water
  5. Any herbs & spices are welcome, but up to you

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Grind up your mushrooms as finely as possible. This ensures proper infusion into the tea.

  3. Add the ground shrooms and tea bags of your choice
  4. After about 10 minutes, move the pot from the stove and turn it off.
