  1. 2 lbs of chanterelle mushrooms (slice large ones, keep little ones whole)
  2. 1/2 of a yellow onion
  3. 1 cloves of minced garlic
  4. 1 Poblano Pepper (or chipotle pepper)
  5. 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
  6. 2 tablespoons soy sauce (lemon zest soy sauce works great)
  7. 1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil (or olive oil for a healthier option)
  8. 1 small handful of bean sprouts
  9. Want to add meat? Include .25 lbs of ground beef, pork, or chicken.
  10. 1 tablespoon of salt.
  11. 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  12. 1 Tablespoon of black pepper or hatch chili pepper.
  13. 1 Packet or One Cup of White Rice

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Chop all of the vegetables into smaller pieces. The garlic, however, should be chopped finely

  6. At this point, add all of the oil you have prepared.
  7. Toss in the rest of the vegetables and put the cover on the pan. Mix everything up and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Then, add your seasonings into the pan and make sure it is mixed up well amongst your ingredients
  9. let it cook for 45 more seconds
  10. Turn off the pan, and move the stir-fried vegetables & chanterelles to a large bowl.
  11. Drizzle some soy sauce over the top, and add to rice.
  12. Thats it! Enjoy!
